Classes for your best bodyHow do you really feel in body and mind? Have you ever considered that everything you experience in life is through this one body that you have? There is no upgrading to the latest model! We are what we are and have to accept that ….. or do we?!!
I am a Pilates and Franklin Method Educator, and I strongly believe that investing time in our bodies is one of the most important things we can do not only for ourselves, but for those we love who are affected by how we are.
I look at my classes as a way to share knowledge and empower you to find ways to improve your own movement on a daily basis, not just in class time. I do not believe in mindlessly following a set of exercises without understanding the reason behind them. Our bodies are all so different with different histories, so how can exercising without awareness work? I have found that learning more about the design of my body has greatly improved my flexibility and awareness of functional movement enjoying more ease of movement. When our bodies are working functionally they do not have to work as hard, so our energy levels improve.
